A new low-cost series of right-angle 3mm PC board LED indicators is suitable for
applications requiring the precise alignment of status indicators. With rugged
housings and sturdy pins, these LEDs withstand the stress of automated position
machinery. They come in bi-level, tri-level, and quad-level versions as well as
single- and four-column configurations. Advanced optical-grade epoxy is used to
produce illumination that is bright and smooth. Diffused lenses are standard.
The LEDs, which are designed to be impervious to shock, vibration, frequent switching,
and environmental extremes, cost between 39 cents and $6.16 each in quantities
of 1,000, depending on color and size.
