IR LED Lamps Light Security Apps
 Available
in wavelengths of 850, 880, and 940 nm, IR LED lamps and bulbs provide
illumination for IR security cameras and other night-vision applications.
The lamps are available in various cluster configurations, with several
viewing angles, and in a variety of standard electrical bases.
Integrated current-limiting resistors and polarity-protection diodes enable
use without circuit modification, and the lamps are available in all international
voltages. (From $30 ea/1,000—4 to 6 weeks ARO.)
