3mm (T1) SiC/GaN High-Energy White LED Maximizes Creative
Options for Engineers and Designers
 LEDtronics® (Torrance,
CA) is offering 3mm T1 White Discrete LEDs that comprise silicon carbide
and gallium nitride. The diodes incorporate optical-grade epoxy that
produces 3,500mcd illumination, with a 22° viewing angle. The LEDs
carry a reported lifespan of 100,000 hours and are suitable for full-color
or large-dot matrix screens, as well as moving-message signage.
