RGB Rainbow LED Flat-Top Tile Array
Overview

The RGB rainbow tile is the next generation in solid-state optoelectronic display sign technology. The RGB flat top tile array is made up of 64 dot matrix positions which consists of one high-ambient Red, Green and Blue LED chips per dot. These LED lamps are arranged in a 8 X 8 configuration with 32 contact pins offering close alignment on PCB mounting. The RGB tile measures 2 inches by 2 inches and only .366 inches deep.

Each of the 64 LED lamps offers 256 high ambient-intensity colors per LED lamp. Each LED diode in these lamps can be addressed separately or collectively. This new, low-cost, high-quality array is capable of superior color rendition of white light as well as precise control of all the colors throughout the color spectrum: pastels, fluorescents, vivid Blues, Blue/Greens, orange to super Red, Yellow and Amber. Each of the three LED’s per dot is evenly illuminated, providing consistent color patterns.

The RGB tile was designed specifically for display signs and status indicators requiring high-quality, crystal-clear, full-color moving graphic screens.
